臺灣愛鮮食安保健聯盟（ iFRESH 簡稱愛鮮聯盟 ）是以國立臺灣海洋大學主導於2015年開始籌設，協同台灣保健學會以及全國北中南東離島等十餘位領頭教授與數百位相關領域大學教授專家。提供研發優質在地安全健康素材的科學依據與技術，輔導業者從原料的源頭履歷開始，透過嚴格的優良管控生產製造，接著鏈結市場端及食安物流系統以供應通路，並提供技術諮詢服務與技術交流、產品查驗整合行銷推廣產品。

The iFRESH Taiwan (Institute of Food Research and Entrepreneur for Safety and Health in Taiwan) Since 2015. Our principal are promoting the Smart Supply Chain Platform for Foodstuff from agriculture, forestry, fishing, and animal husbandry. Applications of emerging AI technology for individual precision health, IOT for industrial manufacturing, and blockchain for supplying QA/safety management. The platform will include all steps from farmers to tables. Functional ingredients, food processing, packaging, designs, logistics, distribution, education, Information, patents, sublicense, regulations, certification, and website online shopping. Consumers can easily and precisely buy health food or nutraceuticals, that not depend on commercial advertisement but according to artificial intelligence and big-data from Food scientists. Furthermore, in response to international demands for environmental changes and energy conservation and carbon reduction, iFRESH will also comprehensively prepare for SDGs and assist and integrate the general health industry to implement ESG.
